The check in staff, valet and housekeeping were exceptional. We did have a issue when we arrived to our room. We found the bathroom floor with, as it appeared a spill of something on it. And towels that were used to wipe it up thrown into a corner. We called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to clean it up,

Gabrielle checked us in and was super sweet. The carpet in the hallways and rooms are outdated and kind of musty. The chair in our room had some stains on it and lord knows what those were. The pillows are very small and the bed isn’t very comfy. The parking deck is TINY to get in and out. The elevators are obviously old too and some of the buttons looked messed up. For this to be in Hoover at the galleria, I expected more. We won’t be back to this one.
