The room had chewed up gum in the carpet that we stepped in upon arrival, 2 nights in a row we asked for extra towels because there were none in the pool and we were told they do not have extra towels to give. On our final night our teenage daughters were walking from a friends room when the front desk clerk kept telling them to get in the elevator with him. They told him no multiple times and he made them very uncomfortable. We were never contacted about the girls being loud or disruptive, so this also made us incredibly uncomfortable.
