The woman who was at the front desk was very accommodating. She informed us that the pool was being renovated and that we could use the hotel across the street if we’d like to. We stay here fairly often, but this visit stood out for the room not being clean (food on floor, hair in bathroom, stains on pillow and sheets for pull out couch). Also the mattress on the couch was awful (could feel the metal bars).
