There was no hot water to take showers even after running a whole shower for myself there was no hot water the toilet had problems flushing they never took out the garbage even when we had them replace the towels there was no body at the desk or phone to talk to upon check out in order to go over concerns just happened that an employee off duty came in to grab something at the same time as I was at the desk I left a message for the manager to give me a call but still have not heard anything we also met another customer who asked us if we by chance had hot water because they didn’t either we told them no! The main reason we get a motel is so after a day out hiking and exploring in the sand we can take a relaxing hot shower very dissatisfied!!

Water for the tub was warm at best. Room definitely needed some airing out. Almost like carpet was cleaned and then the door and window stayed shut so it was a nasty musky smell. Didn’t realize until we checked in they don’t offer breakfast in the winter months. Room was clean ish but definitely needed more attention to detail. Tv was stuck on the ‘welcome’ screen until you got front desk to fix it with a main remote. But then it would do it again after you turned the tv off then back on.

Wrongly advertised complimentary breakfast which is the main reason i booked this vs others which was much cheaper without breakfast, but at the hotel front desk, they said they don't provide breakfast during winters. Lol.. The room/property seems to be very very old, lot of stains on carpet, and some unpleasant odor.
