Accommodating!

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. A family member had a scheduling misunderstanding the first night of our stay. The front desk staff was able to find another hotel for them to stay that night. The same staff member comped my brother’s remaining days of stay!

Like having two pools and hot tubs, and the hours open till midnight. Didn’t like that the whole outside area and mostly the inside area was allowed to be taken over by one large party having a family reunion. There is no room for anyone to use any outside area, and most of the pool area, and breakfast area was taking up for the weekend by one party.

Came here for a weekend of fun at the Mall of America for the first time, and it was easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed out. Very clean, very organized, would definitely stay again!

The floor is the breakfast area was dirty and sticky. Check in was 4 and I asked if I could check in at 3 and the front staff said it would hopefully be an hour. He then proceeded to let 4 other people check in early. My husband went back after this and then we got a room. Not sure if this had something to with me being a female. Not happy with the discrimination.
