This property is fine with a very good breakfast. Nice and clean. The reason I chose this property was because it says they have a shuttle service but they do not. The guy at the front desk told me they did not. This is false advertising. I’m an older person who needed a ride from the airport only to find out they did not. Extremely disappointed.

A nice hotel which we choose as it had a bar & restaurant on dite being thanks giving we didn't want to go far, on check in givrn a nice room and told a free drink each in the bar, on arrival at the bar restaurant people sitting there waiting to be served got up said waited long enough the bar man has walked off and not come back that was 15 minutes ago?, we then waited around 10 minutes and went to reception to bar not shutting for 2 more hours the barman must of gone home. A very poor show we walked to a restaurant down the road not what we wanted to do. A very badly managed property.

This was an unusual place. You check in at a lobby, but all of the rooms are in separate buildings. When we got to our room, there was no remote for the tv. We called the front desk and all they could do was put us in another room, so my husband had to walk back to the lobby in the cold to get a new room key. Then we had to move all of our things to the new room. In the morning we had another cold walk to the lobby/eating area. Not a great place to stay if it’s cold or rainy.

This was an excellent place for my overnight stay. I had a king size bed/regular room. Super clean, very comfy space for one person. Quiet, I felt safe, wasn't worried in the least about being disturbed. Will definitely stay here again if I go to the Bloomington area.

Stay was okay - room was clean enough, however, the shower was very slow to drain to the point where we were probably standing in about 6 inches of water. We asked the staff for more towels and if they could fix the drain and received no response.
