I found the staff to be very kind and welcoming! They were willing to help in any way. Room was clean. Breakfast fell a bit short for me but it was included so I can’t complain much. I think what bothered me the most was the noise of the furniture moving in the rooms from I believe the kitchenette? And you can hear others moving too when they walk. It’s a bit distracting. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here. It was super close to everything in town.

Staff was very nice and the check in was smooth. The room 1 bedroom suite we had was a great size and clean. The bed was not very comfortable though. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, there wasn't much of a selection.

We decided to stay at the home 2 because of the high rating. What a mistake, under staffed the whole 7 days of our stay which meant no room cleaning for the first 5 days, limited breakfast service, pool closure due to no cleaning of the pool or the bathroom which was beyond disgusting, we felt very bad for the workers who did show up. We will stay at the hotel we normally chose when visiting Bloomington from now on.
