Failed to charge for room at property. Untrained staff error. Charged security deposit and held it. Proceeded to charge the card on file 8 times for different amounts while the charge was still pending for the booking. Charged $3 in error as well for nothing. Would not recommend.

There are so many reasons NOT to stay here! Fitness center was out of service...the elevator next to my room was out of service. Housekeeping was terrible! I will never, ever stay at this dog motel again.

The room smell like sweat, the fitness and laundry room were closed. A small pool and a tiny jacuzzi. Some areas were roped off and the elevators need updating.

You asked if they "offered" room service. Our previous stays they did offer it at check-in and we would decline. This time nothing was said and they provided the service(which we did not want) the first day. We determined that we were getting it unless we declined it. And it wasn't good the one day they did it. Only one working ice maker, but it was your guess which one. Elevators not working and some entrances/exits not accessible.
