Very disappointed. The hotel's hardware seems really nice, but it is severely understaffed. I called the front desk, but no one picked up for >10 minutes, so I had to go downstairs and talk to them in person. No tea is provided inside the room. The restaurant was a joke- insanely overpriced and the food tasted mediocre at best. Will never stay there again.
