The hotel was very clean and had a warm feel to it! The bed was the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! We told them it was our 5 year wedding anniversary and sadly they didn’t do anything for us to celebrate. The shower wasn’t the most clean shower but the rest of the room felt good.

Here is a tighter version comfortably under 1,500 characters while keeping the highlights: ⸻ I usually stay elsewhere in Boise but decided to try Inn at 500 — and I’m glad I did. The photos felt cozy and inviting, a refreshing change from modern hotels that can feel cold. At check-in, I was offered a reasonably priced upgrade to a connecting suite with a living area, kitchenette, and two fireplaces. Visiting in January, the fireplaces made it incredibly warm and comfortable. My room had a Boise State football theme, which was a fun touch, and a balcony with mountain views. It was beautiful to let in the crisp winter air while the room stayed perfectly toasty inside. The restaurant was excellent — a nice departure from the usual steakhouses I visit in Boise — with unique cuts, great Wagyu options, and fantastic sides. The bar was lively without being overwhelming. Service truly stood out. One freezing morning, the valet had my car running with the heaters and steering wheel warmer on before I headed to a meeting. Small detail, big impact. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and snacks in the lobby, which has a large fireplace and great gathering space. Valet-only parking can be slightly inconvenient for business travel, but the personal service is a plus. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was truly a delightful experience! We were in town for one night for an important appointment the next day, we were tired, stressed and just needed to relax. The room was beautiful with a Zen spa atmosphere (and a jacuzzi hot tub in the room that filled up from a waterfall faucet flowing from the ceiling that you had to see to believe!) but it was the outstanding staff that made this stay amazing. From the man that I spoke with when I booked the room to the man at the front desk and the young man that was the valet that parked our car we experienced exemplary service above and beyond!
