This was one of best casino hotels I've stayed in. The room was very nice and comfortable. I have long hair so one thing I need is good water pressure and it was good. Bed was very comfortable and room was so tastefully decorated I felt like I was in a spa. The only down side was our room was right next to the elevator so that made it loud. Otherwise, I would whole heartedly recommend this stay to anyone!

Dont ask for a balcony..... you wont get it

I asked for a room with a balcony when I booked my stay 4 months in advance. i received a email stating that they would do everything they could to put me in a room with a balcony. Mind you every corner of the hotel is a room with a balcony. Upon checking in i was told no one could get a room with a balcony unless you were VIP status even though the entire time I was there i only saw ONE person on the balcony........ very poor customer service to me. I could see a VIP bumping me but to have only one or two rooms with a balcony rented out and refusing to let you have a room and not even offer to check with the VIP services to see if they needed every since room with a balcony...... I was very disappointed with the check in staff.

My room was not clean. Linens were dirty and the shower had towels left from previous guest on the shower floor. My family and I had to switch rooms at 3 in the morning since we didn’t inspect room upon arrival due to a family engagement. We didn’t receive resort bands or access that we paid for.

Felt I was an Inconvenience.

The hotel was ok. Nice rooms, just expensive eateries. The shower was would leak water from the door if you don’t angle it correctly. Called maintenance and they looked at me as if I were dumb. Most hotels I’ve stayed had some kind of threshold to keep the water from spilling outside the shower. I felt like I was an inconvenience. I will probably stay at another hotel next time I’m in town. I wanted to use the gym facilities and I couldn’t because they were doing construction. They had signs stating it was open, but It was awkward trying walk through the work area of the contractors.

The room was clean and comfortable. That was the only thing good about this place. The cigarette smoke was horrible and people were smoking drugs in the parking lot. The food was not very good for the price and the staff were not very friendly. Probably not going back to this place.

The room was so nice and with a ceiling fan. Accessibility to the casino was great. The river view was good. My room right near the elevator was a bit noisy. People letting their door slam wasn’t great. I did like the security to the floors. Had a great time can’t wait to come back.
