My husband is crippled and we gravitate to Casino Hotels for Valet and Bellmen. This hotel advertised that they had both... but they failed to mentioned no valet or bellhop except on the weekends. In that respect, we were very disappointed as I, age 73 and very arthritic had to lug our luggage, then I had to go park a good distance away with a hard walk back.
