Overall it was nice a stay there. Some conditions could be better: shower faucet was too tight to pull out; toilet flushing sound was too loud and scary; heater running sound was too loud and disturbed sleeping a lot.

I had a two-night reservation, and on the second night another guest walked into my hotel room claiming it was theirs. I was shocked and confused, and I told them there had to be a mistake because this was my room. Minutes later, the hotel staff called and asked me to come downstairs because they couldn’t find my name in their system. I had checked in the day before, yet somehow my information had vanished. When I went to the front desk and showed my receipt, the staff member insisted I was supposed to check out that day. I pointed out that my checkout date clearly stated the following day. He then asked for my confirmation number—something that frustrated me because the receipt already showed my reservation. After providing it, he said everything was resolved. I was furious because he couldn’t give me any explanation for what happened. All he said was that there had been a “glitch.” When I asked what caused it or how it was fixed, he had no answer. I explained that I am a woman traveling alone and felt unsafe, yet his only response was, “You’re all set.” He didn’t offer any form of accommodation or compensation—not even a room change or partial refund. Safe to say, I will never be staying here again.

Yet another hotel with radical water conservation. The little quantity of water out of the shower was either boiling hot or cold. Had to flush the toilet multiple times. Pretty annoying.

Room was really clean, other than old stain on carpet. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was really good with a great variety to choose from. And they have a coffee and hot chocolate bar area that was convenient and nice to have after spending a cold day outside. The pool heat wasn't working, so we didn't get to use it, but it looks like a nice clean pool.

We had a good stay at the Best Western. Check in was easy and room was ready when we got in. The rooms were just fine, enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Place was clean and the breakfast had a good number of choices. We liked that they offered tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the break area too. Would stay again.
