My family of 5 had a nice stay at The Crowne Plaza Boston in Woburn, MA. The room and hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable, great bathroom/shower, TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, closet, and plenty of room for storage. There was a decent restaurant on sight. The only thing I would change is to give complimentary breakfast to everyone in the room. They comp 2 people's breakfast and make the others you are staying with pay for a meal. The restaurant staff didn't seem to know what was going on. It just causes confusion and for some guests to wait for a meal while others already have food from the buffet - just offer complimentary breakfast per room to make it easy and less awkward. Overall, we had a nice stay though.

We got in later in the day so didn’t see much of the area but the hotel was was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant on property so we didn’t have to go search for a restaurant. Breakfast was included. The rooms were really nice and spacious.
