There were torn papers all over the second floor when we got off the elevator. The next time we came through it was gone. The rest of the hotel was clean. This wasn’t at your hotel, but just mentioning…we were given a coupon for drinks at the Aloft XYZ bar across the street. I think the Aloft is affiliated with Marriott. We were sitting at a table near the back windows and saw a couple of large rats running around in the outside area. 😳

This hotel was great. It felt safe, clean and the staff were attentive. There were parts of the hotel that were run down, flooring and some bathroom features, but otherwise it was very comfortable. The gym was well equipped but the pool doesn’t have a hot tub and it was being serviced our entire visit.

There's tons of hidden fees, i was given a price with hotels.com that was 864 and some change, they then tried to charge me an extra 126 for some bogus charges even though the price i was given included the price per night, the taxes the destination fee and some miscellaneous charge. So just be aware of them trying to charge you extra then the price you were given

Hallway carpets are in dire need of replacement. The hotel is in a quiet area of the Seaport. It is walkable for attractions if you are not afraid to put in the work. Not many options for dining in the immediate area. You can walk 3/4 mile for food or get pub food across the street if it’s late.

Very nice clean hotel in sea port district. Very comfortable bed. Brazilian steakhouse across the street was fantastic. Super easy to get an Uber. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection. The one reason why I picked this hotel was due to the great amenities listed on the site. With that being said they also needed to be functioning properly. The laundry facility was not. It was hard to get assistance for help here . Other than that the suite was great had everything in it. Loved it . The seaport area is fantastic I couldn’t have asked for a better time ♥️👍

Great hotel safe area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was made extra special by the person at the front desk, Amalia. She was awesome. Smart, friendly, helpful, and charming. I had explained to her a bad experience I had at a different hotel, and she assured me our stay at the Element what be a vast improvement. She was correct beyond what I can put in words. We are really looking forward to out next stay in Boston thanks to her. Amalia, you are my all time favorite! The area around the hotel was a short, safe, 10min walk to the south Seaport. Great restaurants, entertainment, parks shopping. It's great. However, other locations require Uber or other transport. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and good. Alma Goucha next door was an amazing Brazilian steakhouse. Valet parking was fast, friendly, and careful.
