Blackout shade was missing so lights from street made sleep difficult as well as noise from heat system going on and off every few minutes. We were also charged $109 on my credit card which was a mistake. Had to call to correct it. Waiting for refund to show on my card.

The front desk talked too fast then hung up multiple times when I was trying to find out where to meet the shuttle. The couldn’t take the time to explain where to meet them for a tired and unfamiliar traveler. They pick up at the departure level and not where most shuttles pick up. After that everything was fine but it made arriving very stressful.

Recommended hotel

This is a very comfortable hotel close to Logan airport. The room is large and clean. The bathroom is a bit small but adequate. There is free parking. Uber to downtown Boston is $17 - $24 before tip.
