There was an issue with heat in my room. Staff promptly sent someone to check it out. Then moved us to a room 2 doors down because they were unable to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was great!

Exceeded Expectations

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in Super nice hotels and not so nice hotels. This Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay again the next time I have to travel through Boston.

An excellent stay overnight. Staff was pleasant and helpful with area questions. Pleasant enough to warrant us thinking out next trip through maybe should be for a couple of nights due to the relaxing mood felt.

I had a small issue about a pet fee. I booked on-line. The fee is listed. However, it is at the very bottom of the room selection page. I would have had to scroll through a dozen or more rooms before seeing it. Not cool, I believe. There is a link at the top of the page, which I clicked, that list all the information about the facility. Everything else was listed there, but not the pet fee. I don't mind a pet fee. I understand why it needs to be there. I don't think $75 is unreasonable. My complaint is that the fee is buried. I could have searched out other hotels with no fee or a lower fee. I was denied an informed decision. Please add the fee under the link that apears at the top of the page.
