I had to leave two separate $150 deposits that I have not received back yet. It has been 10 days. On our checkout day, it was a snowstorm. Our car was not able to drive out at checkout time because of all the snow. We had to wait three more hours. Then the maintenance guy came and dug out the car. When we were finally able to leave my daughter and I and granddaughter were walking out with our cart full of stuff heading out into a snowstorm and both ladies at the front desk did not say a word to us. Not even have a good day thank you for staying here. Be safe nothing absolutely nothing they said.. very unprofessional and made the hotel look bad.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The spacious bathroom was great! Breakfast was yummy and the hotel was conveniently located very close to great restaurants, including Pressed Cafe, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A. Definitely would consider staying there again!
