1. I had reserved a king size bed but got two twin size beds. 2. There was no heat in the room. Even the engineer they sent couldn’t fix it. Had to go to the lobby and change the room.

Our stay was great! The staff were helpful and courteous. The only down side was issues flushing the toilet. We had to hold onto the handle and flush several times just to clear the bowl.

I reserved this property for my mother, who traveled to Somerville to visit my sister. She had an excellent experience, mentioned the staff was very helpful, the room was great, had breakfast & gym. She asked me to extend her stay!

Breakfast was decent. There was no food options for lunch or dinner, which wasn't great. The pool area had a bunch of great family friendly extras, like a basketball half cort, a foosball table, ect. That was excellent for the kids
