very good, but needs improvement in some aspects

I really liked the room with a kitchen, which was spacious and had large windows. I also liked how quiet it was. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice, with a good shower, but the towels were generally stained. I think the breakfast also needs improvement, with more options, like vegan yogurts.

Not an Ocean View Hotel-but Nice Otherwise

Arrived 2.5 hours before official check-in time, was told front desk would tell me when room was ready, hopefully within the hour. Two hours later, no calls so went back to front desk. Same person as before, acted like they had never met me or had a discussion with me. Got to "partial ocean view room" (on top floor) I paid extra for and only view is apartment building next door and liquor store across the street. Asked about the (lack of) view and told that my room "technically faces the ocean" (which is miles away and behind multiple buildings and you cannot see it) and I was spared a room facing construction. This AM no hot water, finally just gave up and ended up checking out and going to our next hotel on itinerary- which thankfully has hot water. Do not advertise your hotel as even partial ocean views, when yourfront desk admits that is not true. Hotels.com worked with hotel to refund me the upcharge for the room with the "view." Pluses: very clean facility and room, great hot breakfast with nice variety. Quiet and smmoth elevators. Warm and clean pool.

Would stay here again next time I’m in Boston. The ladies working in the bar/dining room were great. Wish I had gotten her name but my waitress was blond and made sure I had everything I needed. Quick to refill my drink and did so with a smile.

Lovely spacious room very clean . Breakfast let the place down . Paper plates and plastic knives and forks . Not a great selection . Good for the airport run . Communication with the hotel also was poor as I was trying to contact them about the shuttle bus . They were slow to respond and needed to be emailed many times

Easy pick up shuttle from Boston Logan car rental return. Easy drop off shuttle to Boston airport the next day. The hotel is immaculate. I imagine it must be new. The staff are polite and helpful. Our shuttle left before breakfast was served and they provided a simple bagged breakfast to go without me asking. I arrived at night and left while it was still dark, so I don't know the neighborhood. However, I saw that there is a grocery store more or less across the street in case you wanted to make use of the kitchenette. An extremely positive experience. I would stay there again if I wanted to be near the airport.

If there was a way to permanently live here, I definitely would. This felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Extremely quiet, slept like a baby, everything I needed was on hand. The train station is about 4-5 minutes away, you can go anywhere from the hotel. The Italian restaurant just about a minute away is delicious. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe even walking at night, even on the train, no one harassing me or anything. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and informative, and best of all because of the location I saved a lot of money on Uber/Lyft rides which can tend to get pricey after awhile. This would be my go to when I return to Boston. This is such a great place and the people are awesome, I even met Donnie Wahlberg! How cool is that! Great hotel, great memories.
