I never got the room. When I tried to check in, the front desk clerk never found my name. I called the person who made the reservation for me and she had a receipt as well as a confirmation number (Heather Clemmons paid it on my behalf). The front desk clerk, kinda rudely, asked me to leave. The room was paid for, but I never got to stay in the room. Because it stated on your website - No refunds - Mrs Clemmons was out $85+ and I ended up without a hotel room for the evening. I'm sorry to say, but using your service in the future will never happen.

First off the room fee was $80, the next night was $50 more seems how it was a Thursday. The room was humid due to wet carpet along the bed by the window, I do not know if it was shampooed or not. We had 4 pillows, 2 were tolerable, the other 2 were so lumpy we couldn't sleep on them. Breakfast was minimal, biscuits were thin and cold but the gravy was good. The orange juice and apple dispenser was not primed as I had dried flakes in the bottom of my cup, orange juice tasted and looked like water. Worst experience was huma feces by the walking path dumpster at the parking lot.

Front desk needs help

Upon arriving, I was told that I couldn't check in until 3:00PM unless I paid him $40 to get the room that was already ready. My friend said that we had been driving for many hours and asked if he could use a restroom. He was denied and told that he could use a restroom when he checked in at 3:00PM or pay an extra $40 now to use a restroom now. Of course, this sparked an argument between the two of them. Very unprofessional behavior from your front desk clerk observed here (not a good first impression). He wore no name tag and wouldn't give his name, so I can only describe him as a skinny, mid to late twenties, hispanic male. There was another front desk clerk who checked me in later with a nametag "TY" that was up-side down. He never smiled, but managed to get me checked in without making me more upset. The next morning, I witnessed another confrontation between your front desk clerk (male) and another guest who was complaining about the room given to him. This guest asked to use the phone to call his mother and the female front desk clerk must have given it to him, because the male FDC came out into the lobby where I was eating breakfast and started giving the man a hard time demanding he return the phone immediately. I decided that I should leave asap, before it got any worse. The female FDC checked me out with a smile and asked how my room was. She was the only good thing I can remember about my stay and it was on my way out.
