The women at the front desk, the interim GM, Kindness, empathy, immediate attention to detail and safety. I spoke with the interim GM about a letter taped to my door on the morning of my departure, that was very concerning to me about my CC not going through. I was a single woman, traveling alone and this note not only had my name, it also had the last 4numbers of my credit card….inappropriate. The amazing, kind, caring women at the front desk on my departure were apologetic and said they would speak the young man who did that. Otherwise, lovely location to most everything I wanted to do. Just a tiny suggestion, breakfast…grateful to have it but can we have some healthier options other than granola (that is full fat & sodium) and yogurt. Maybe, even some bread, bagel, English muffins that aren’t dried out and untoastable, that would be awesome. There are so many options for full fat, high caloric and high sugar…is not creating healthy options for anyone. Thank you for reading, hopefully it is heard and suggestions are followed through.

We chose this hotel because they advertised a freed shuttle to/from the airport. When we arrived we were told "we haven't had the free shuttle for over a year." Yet it's advertised on their website and Hotels.com. We ended up having to take a very expensive Uber on Christmas Day. The hotel itself is tired and not particularly well-maintained. Breakfast options were minimal.
