This property was perfect for our large family. Open spaces where we could all gather and private bedrooms and baths for all of us. Short walk to the beach or stay home and play at the pool and putt putt. Good communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in great location. Check in was easy and communication with rental company was great. They responded quickly to the couple of minor issues that we had. The house is equipped with a well stocked kitchen, two refrigerators, great beach essentials, an awesome ice maker, lovely pool area and roof top deck. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. A few of the mattresses were uncomfortable, but the children’s bedroom was perfect. My family of 13 had a great time and had plenty of room. I do feel for the nightly price it would be nice if more trash bags, tp, paper towels and soap were provided.

The house was great for 11 of us. 2 refrigerators was great and the stand alone ice maker was excellent. The beach and pool accommodations were great. One bathroom had bad mold on the ceiling and kitchen faucet was broke the entire time but still was a great place to stay.

Well Stocked Spacious Beach Home & Pool

We had a wonderful vacation in this large well stocked home. They provided everything you might need for a day at the beach (cooler, chairs, boogie boards, rafts, wagons, canopy's, umbrellas). Love the garage fridge. Love the ice maker with bags to store ice in the garage freezer. Kitchen had lots of everything for cooking big meals. Grill comes w gas and tools. Pool & covered patio with tv were great! Beach access 5 minutes away. They provide lots of beach and pool toys, games. Advise requesting more towels for the bathrooms especially hand towels for large groups if many are sharing a bathroom. They brought us more towels when requested. We used washer & dryer a lot. Publix is 5 minutes away. Restaurants close by. Free Trolley is a nice perk. Parking at Bridge street costs 30 per hour!, so I advise using the free trolley for dinners and shopping. We did not rent a golf cart and saw no reason that they would be helpful since they use the main road, park in same spots as cars, and there is no parking for them at the beach. Advise buying trip insurance because there are no refunds. The upstairs guest shower can't be used due to a poor design that leaks all the water all over the floor and out into hallway. Obvious it's been a problem for a while. Maintenance attempted to fix it but it didn't work. Our kids took showers in other bathrooms. Recommend redoing that bathroom in the off season. Still, a 5-star review because the house was THAT great!!!

We had a very good time the week we spent there. It was a great house for us. Having a pool plus close proximity to the beach gave everyone options each day. Even the rain didn't damoen spirits. We played games and relaxed. The facility had the space we needed and most of the supplies for cooking. I appreciated that the management was available but not invasive. Each family commented on how great the property was.

Great location, Wonderful house

We arrived at night on Easter weekend. We were able to get into house easy with the code. House was clean, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and grill supplies. The outside patio, pool and jacuzzi were great. After a day at beach we gathered at the pool for swim before dinner.Just one comment. We were left one trash bag, small dish soap and limited paper towels and toilet paper. It was enough for us to get by for the weekend but it being Easter we had to wait till Monday to get to grocery store. Perhaps leaving a few more items would be helpful. We would rent again. Get place for families.

Great property. Pool was perfect. Outside couch area, TV's, side yard for Cornhole, ECT. Easy walk to the ocean. Great views from the rooftop deck!! It was all we wanted and so much more!

Amazing

This was our first time to AMI. This property was perfect! We had 6 kids, ages 7-2, and this property had all the things! Plenty of things for the beach, toys, pool floats, wagons and chairs! Lots of beach and pool towels! Perfect location! The beach is just a quick and easy 2 minute walk depending on how fast our littles walked that day! Close to shops and a delicious bbq restaurant across the street! Smoqe house is a must! We will be back!!

Awesome week at AMI

The house was just as advertised, in fact one of our group commented that they didn’t think we could’ve found a better place. We had 10 people (our children and spouses) and there was plenty of room for all of us inside and out. As was commented in other reviews there was more than enough beach “equipment” for all of to enjoy our days at the beach. If we ever vacation in AMI again we will certain ly try to reserve this house.

Exceptional home away from home

This house had it all. The accommodations were excellent and they even had all the beach gear we could need! We loved using the tent, chairs and cooler provided along with the pool floaties and noodles. There were games and puzzles and all the kitchen items we needed as well. I can’t say enough how wonderful the property management representatives were. They were quick to respond to questions and requests and they promptly helped with anything my family asked. Not only was the house amazing, the views and proximity to the beach were just what we wanted. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Terrific family beach house!

We had such a nice stay at this house. It was just a short walk to the beach. The house included so many nice amenities, 2 chargers in each bedroom, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, carts that turn into chairs, lots of noodles for pool & beach, games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses & tumblers. Our favorite spot at night was the top of the house where we watched the sunset together. We all enjoyed the pool which had good shade that was a break from the sun. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed, but nothing that hindered our stay. We did report them to the management company. It was the perfect place for our family of 13.

Our wonderful family vacation.

When we arrived at the home we were impressed by the size of the home and the cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We really appreciated the ice machine and the insulated cups. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. Plenty of bath and swim towels. We enjoyed the backyard. Plenty of seating and enjoyed eating meals outside at the table. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Easy walk to the beach and appreciated all the beach supplies. first time at Anna Maria Island and definitely plan on coming back. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home.

Perfect family vacation house

We took a vacation with all of my siblings, their families, and my parents. The house was wonderful and plenty big enough for all of us! The huge icemaker in the kitchen was a pleasant surprise and super useful! Second fridge and freezer in garage was also a huge plus for us! The property company was super responsive to anything we needed.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was a perfect fit for our family. The location is so close to the beach. We rented a golf cart which was perfect in getting around and parking. The pool, hot tub and beautiful backyard was perfect for our family with children ranging from 6 months to 8 years old.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Side Paradise so much. It was big enough to accommodate our family. There were enough spaces to spread out and the kids loved the back yard and pool. Access to the beach was perfect and it was a nice walk to restaurants and ice cream shops. We have already booked for next year.

Great location for family getaway

We recently stayed at this property and really enjoyed the time together with family. Location was excellent…a short walk to the beach. The house provided plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and wagon for transport. The property was very clean. Our family really enjoyed the outside covered patio as well as the swimming pool, hot tub and putting green. Also plenty of towels and linen provided. The only issue was the kitchen pots and pans….need replacing. Surfaces were worn off with wear and unable to use for cooking. That was very disappointing for such a beautiful kitchen. Also it would have been helpful if there were instructions for using the TV controls as all cable companies are different. Also instructions for the dishwasher would have been helpful. We figured it out the day before we left and when we did the dishwasher didn’t sound right so we didn’t use it. Also disappointing considering the group we had staying there. The garbage didn’t work when we arrived and they fixed it promptly. The rooftop deck was amazing for sunsets!!!! Smokehouse BBQ (just across the driveway) had awesome food and drinks. Lots of places to walk to eat. Also the trolley stop was a bock away. Very convenient. All in all we really enjoyed it and would recommend. We love AMI.

Family Vacation

This property is amazing. We have stayed at many properties in AMI and none compared to this. Every thing you need/want when staying with a big group this place has to offer. Also an easy walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation.
