Sunset Landings Unit 5 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. With just a few steps across the street, you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and numerous fishing piers. There are no buildings to obstruct your view of the beach!

This beautiful townhouse sleeps up to 6 people with 2.5 bathrooms, full laundry, and recently renovated. We know once you spend time here, you will not want to leave or you will want to return time and time again. This tropical retreat in a prime location will assure you a comforting, stress-free atmosphere and a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room, with a sleeper sofa, invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screened smart TV. WiFi throughout. But, it doesn't stop there! The primary bedroom also has a balcony where you can watch the sunset or awaken to hearing the waves crash on the beautiful white sandy beaches.

The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
