Located centrally on Bradenton Beach and just steps away from the ocean, the Pink House is a rosy reminiscence of days gone by. Second floor studio with private kitchen and balcony. The house also has a downstairs apartment that shares the front foyer and laundry room. No need for a car as the island trolley and Monkey Bus run daily.

I loved the house, and I could tell things aren't back to how they were before the hurricane. Some things travelers should be aware of:1) Listed washer and dryer, which is shown in the pictures but does not exist. 2) Asked in the app about washer and dryer, zero response3) The deck furniture table was missing glass, so useless if you wanted to put a drink down. 4) Shower curtain rod was being held up by a hope and a prayer, and maybe 3 in screws and tons of Sheetrock mud.

Fantastic location

We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days.

Girls’ Long Weekend

My friend and I stayed at the Pink House for a four day weekend trip. We loved the Pink House! It was easy to get to, clean, and walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The decorations were so cute inside and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for us to to prepare breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner. The host left a booklet with some many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had the best time!!

Great location, a very short walk to public beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided very nice. Nice info packet outlining great restaurants and things to do locally. Nicely appointed with all the amenities desired for a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend.

Our forever special place

Property was very clean and well maintained. I was worried about the location, but it was perfect and quiet at night. Communication was easy and quick with host. Bike rental is a must. We got engaged this weekend, so we will definitely be back to this pink little house !

Likes: Very clean unit, conveniently located to the beach, FREE trolley stop steps away, and about a 20 minute walk to Bridge Street (where most restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife are located), A/C worked great, nice sized back deck, laundry room, large kitchen with everything you need to cook, beach chairs and towels were provided which was not expected. Dislikes: TV had very limited streaming channels (no actual live TV channels), the access code to enter unit gave us issues a few times, water bugs at night outside on front yard

A retreat to remember

My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!

Property was easy to find right on the main road. Short little walk to the beautiful beach directly across the street. Propert was neat and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. I traveled with my daughter so the double bed posed a problem. Pictures showed a day bed, but that must be in another unit. She was able to sleep on the love seat, but that might not work for others. Overall excellent property, would stay again.

Good and convenient

The Pink House is conveniently located and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer. It is a short walk to the beach and it has a large second story deck, although we used the deck very little because we spent most of our time at the beaches, biking or kayaking. The first floor deck had a nice spot for rinsing off the sand after a beach visit. The wifi was spotty but the smart TV had Direct TV and streaming channels (if you have an account). The two coffee makers give you a choice of using pods or filters. Rented bikes and the free trolley made everywhere on the island easily accessible. A trolley stop is located across the street and a Publix grocery store is a 5-minute trolley ride away.

Amazing place and easy access to beach

The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!
