Branson Spring Break.

We came into Branson for spring break. We were very disappointed there were no outdoor pools open, since most places don’t have indoor pools. The bed in the room was miserable to try and sleep on. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us find shoes for our kids and fun stuff to do. The breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have scrambled eggs or some meat option. This place was located right in the heart of Branson, could walk wherever you wanted to go really. It was a nice place and good value for what we paid.

I have stayed in lots of hotels/motels but never had I slept in a bed with a hideaway couch mattress that had to be as old as the facility. When Sitting on the bed you sat on the frame. I told the front desk about the horrible bed but was told I can’t change because I paid for our room through Expedia. My son and I canceled our tickets for the second show and checked out Wednesday morning. I would like to get a refund for the 2 nights for both rooms. Please advise

Thank you for having us. We had a great time.

The room was clean and in good condition. The tank would not fill on the toilet, so it only flushed every other time we used it. The weather stripping had came off the door and you could see the lines in the parking lot from inside the room through the door. We made them aware of these things before we left and all is well.

The outside area was well kept and appeared clean. However immediately upon checking in and going to the room we noticed what appeared to be a dead cockroach in tbe middle of the bed. We immediately left and went elsewhere.

This property was potentially good, great location etc. The beds were a bit tired and the linens as well but later into our stay, we discovered we had a lot of black mold on the window hidden behind the drapes as well as some in the bathroom on the shower curtain and ceiling that really discouraged us and we checked out a day early with no refund:((
