Ranskalaisen kadun Apres on kaunis viktoriaaninen tyyli, joka sijaitsee vain kahden korttelin päässä Breckenridge-keskustasta. Se on ihanteellinen talo lyömällä rinteitä päivän aikana ja kaupungin yöllä. BreckConnect-gondoli on vain korttelin päässä hotellista. Kun päivä on ohi, mene takaisin kotiin elokuva-iltaan tai yksityiseen kylpytynnyriin. Ota pääkadulla tarttua syömään ja käymällä kaikki paikalliset kaupat, jotka linjaavat kadun.

The place was REALLY nice! My family and I planned a ski trip to Breck and this was the perfect place. We had a large group with kids, and an infant, and it worked great! The hot tub was a really nice touch at the end of a long ski day. The location is so great and stunning views. It’s only a few minute walk to the gondola and a real quick walk to Main Street. Can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend!

The house was perfect has everything you need and you cannot beat the location to Main Street and the trails!! Very clean and comfy. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after any event or just an evening in. Every morning we saw the same fox hanging out front and the views from the patio upstairs was amazing. The house was exactly as they described. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a bit older and a few things probably needed to be fixed but was overall still a great house. We booked this house since it was so close to downtown and we could just walk to Oktoberfest.

Perfect location to get to the ski lift or downtown. Amazing home was clean and ready for our family stay. We had no problems so we didn’t have to communicate with the owner. But the way this location was ran I am sure they would have taken care of the problem immediately.

Great place to stay right off the main street

We had an awesome time in Breckenridge staying at Apres on French St. The location was perfect for walking to the gondola or heading into town for a bite to eat. Everything was clean and ready for our group when we arrived, no issues at all. Thanks!

Great Breck Home

Had a great time with the family at this super nice house! House was conveniently located near town and the gondola. Rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 8 plus a 6 mo old baby. Property managers were nice and responsive.

Fabulous Girl’s Weekend

River Ridge Management went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had a great weekend. I was notified last minute that the house we were supposed to stay in didn’t have hot water. Instead of leaving us without a place to stay, River Ridge upgraded our stay to a bigger and absolutely gorgeous home. Communication was wonderful throughout the duration of our vacation. We felt taken care of and we were so thankful.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay. It was relatively close to Main St. and were were able to walk to most shops/restaurants. We stayed in the summer (July). It was hot during the day and there is no A/C. A lot of the windows were difficult to open, and a number of them were missing screens. The traffic on French St. is very busy, which made it difficult to exit the driveway. There is only one single lane driveway for parking; so if you have multiple cars, it can be a bit unwieldly to move your vehicles around. Last thing: the dryer has a difficult time drying (and we made sure the lint trap was always cleaned out).

very disappointing stay

Management was accommodating when we asked to check in a little early. And the location is great. The back door was wide open, and the house smelled wet and musty. There was a large, muddy stain on the master bedspread, and the bedding in the bunk room was tussled. The muddy spot on the bed was in the shape of a large dog and came out after I washed it, so it could have been an easy fix. Maintenance came to change the fridge filter but only reset the light. While there, we mentioned that the dining chairs were caving in and basically unusable. He said he knew and that the owners wouldn't replace them. Then our young niece fell when the bunkbed steps tipped because they hadn't been attached. We were able to lean them to a severe, dangerous angle with one finger, so a child was defenseless. The steps should have been attached to ensure safety. Windows wouldn't close all the way. There was a sharp screw protruding from the side of a cabinet. The downstairs bath was embarrassing. The dishwasher tips. The range is falling apart. The jest on the hot tub were duds. The short term rental license is expired. There was trash in the yard, and the yard was a bunch of weeds. We asked management to drop in so we could discuss the house, but they would not. They called. She said they were very busy with 50 homes and that it’s “difficult to keep up with all of the things that need to be done.” Maybe 50 homes is too many; maybe this particular home is too dangerous? Regardless, safety should be a priority.

Not Helpful In a Crisis

The house is great. Amenities are great. Location is great. It was the perfect fit for my friends and I. (A few married couples and some kids). However, on check out day, 4 of the adults on the trip woke up vomiting and diarrhea. The rest of us packed up the house and cleaned, hoping that by check out time, 10 am, people would feel well enough to make the 2hr drive back to Denver. I called the help line and begged for an additional hour to let my wife and friends stomach settle. The response I got was cold and callous. She didn’t even call the cleaning group to see what time they actually planned on showing up to the house, or to see if they could move things around. Apparently, they needed a full 6 hours to clean the house. We left right at 10 in order to fulfill our obligations and were fortunate enough to only throw up once in the car on the way back. So, in summary, the house is great! But if you are having a crisis, they will throw you out. And they won’t lift a finger to help you.

Wonderful Cabin for a Ski Trip!

We love Breck any time of the year so I would definitely stay at this property again! It was such an easy walk to Main Street’s shops and very close to the grocery store. The cabin comfortably slept our whole group and the hot tub was in great condition! It was the perfect snowy cabin for a mountain getaway!

Great home for large groups!

Location perfect for walking to gondola and Breckenridge Station. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 12 guests. River Ridge Rentals responded to every request quickly and was very accomodating with early check in and late check out. They even came and filled the hot tub when the water was low. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!!
