There is no privacy. If you are sharing a room with someone , you will be able to see them use the restroom or take a shower. It is extremely awkward. Do not stay here unless you are staying solo

This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced with a hotel. I accidentally booked the reservation for Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade twice. I immediately contacted the hotel about the mistake. They told me to go through Expedia - whose support staff were very helpful - but then the hotel refused a refund for the accidental double booking. The worst part was that the hotel refused my request to discuss the matter with a manager in person when I arrived. I previously worked for a major hotel chain and although guests cannot always have a complaint resolved to their satisfaction, it is basic customer service to at least talk to guests if they have a problem. The hotel management's refusal to honor this fundamental standard of customer service was both unacceptable and unprofessional. Buyer beware - avoid this hotel.

Very small but clean and comfy. Breakfast was convenient but too expensive. Behind the hotel is a grocery store that opens at 7am and there are also 7-11s nearby where you can get coffee and pastries for much less.

Centrally located. Near the metro and most of the idyllic Copenhagen tourist attractions. Easy check-in. Very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Rooms are probably smaller than what most people would expect, but I made it work and my bed was comfortable. There is an extra duvet, towels etc. in the drawer under the bed. Very efficient, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Absolutely! Tak!

Very modern and chic Lovely relaxing areas on ground floor Very helpful to have cafe kiosk in reception Would have liked a Kettle in my room tho Disappointed with breakfast, typically Danish I expect but a wider choice of items other than cold meat and peppers would have made a big difference. I could really only have croissants!
