The hotel was just what was needed for an early flight. We were able to drop our rental car at the rental return centre the night before and get the shuttle back to the hotel. The terminal was within easy walking of the hotel. It was basic but clean and quiet. Would use again.

This is all about location. This Hotel is new, modern, very close to the terminal building. You can reach the lobby (through the Clarion) without even going outside. Bed is comfortable, they have a basic food offering, no fridge in the room, and you are close to the airport shops and the metro station A good bargain in this peak season

I was disappointed with my stay here. Some of the staff were rude, and the rooms were much smaller than expected. Breakfast was also underwhelming. I eventually moved next door to the Clarion Hotel, which offered much better service, bigger rooms, and a far more enjoyable experience overall.

A great option for a family of four since they are one of the few hotels with 2 double beds available. Tight quarters, but comfortable beds, clean, large bathroom and the fastest checkin/checkout I’ve had in a long time. We would stay here again for easy access to the airport and a cheaper option than downtown Copenhagen.

Decided to stay near the airport for the last couple days of our family’s trip to Denmark. The was a wiggly bed in our room that mad sleeping troublesome. The next day the hotel stay were incredible. Changed our room, helped move the luggage and were amazing.

I booked the room through Expedia and communicated with the hotel we would be checking in late due to a flight. I booked the room the day before we arrived so we could check in at 7am the next morning. When we arrived our reservation had been cancelled and named “no-show) and this was very unsettling after a long flight. The attendant was not overly friendly and I had to provide her with information, show her the communication before she would help us out. Thank goodness I had it readily available. She did find the original reservation eventually and did reinstate it but gave us zero comfort while she was trying to find everything. Considering the inflated price of the room for the three nights, I found this very poor service and no compensation. It was also disappointing that breakfast was not included in the price and basic amenities were not included.

Great place - but got a parking ticket while unloading bags be very careful where you park. And a completely ridiculous fine to for 5 mins almost $200 CDN. They must be hiding in the bushes waiting for you to walk away.
