It is a basic hotel but the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, near lots of tourist attractions plus with the added bonus of the train station/Metro station a short walk away and the 5C bus line to and from the airport just around the corner. Lastly the breakfast is good value, plenty of choice and is situated in the basement with plenty of space.

Breakfast selections limited mostly bread, coffee not hot. Guest room ( replica of cruise ship cabin) small bathroom, disappointing layout. 😞 front desk staff not friendly at all. Overpriced room accomodation. Escalator NOT WORKING when checked in and checked out of hotel. Won't use CABINN HOTELS again!!!

Not worth for the money. No space in the bathroom. Once a shower is taken, the bath room is all wet. Terrible condition. Staff is very good. Overall everything is very bad.Never stay in this place.

This is a very honest Hotel! It’s absolutely a budget offering, but it does what it says on the tin. I wasn’t overwhelmed with breakfast, but it was fine. No issues with not having a restaurant, there’s lots of great options a short walk away, super super convenient for the train and metro as well. Rooms are small as befits budget hotel, but clean, sensibly laid out and most importantly well soundproofed!!! I was close to the lift so could hear that, but no noise bleed through from other rooms at all, which is actually really rare and very much appreciated! If you want plush, this isn’t for you. If you want a clean, sensible well priced hotel then give this a look. I booked really early for the Ironman weekend, but cannot grumble at around £450 for five nights!

The staff is very kind, and the hotel is clean and close to the central station. Even though I mistakenly booked twice for the same day, the staff kindly helped me cancel one of the bookings. Great hotel—highly recommended!

A reasonable room with decent amenities

As a whole, the stay was good, it was in the epicentre of CopenHagen where the tourist attractions were literally at the doorstep of where I was staying. As a whole the breakfast buffet was quite good where there was a variety of food, but could have done more with further varieties and cuisines as we don’t believe the investment lived up to our expectations but the food was tasty as a whole. Going to the room, it was average, there was a bed and a very small bathroom which was adjacent to our bedroom where there was no sort of ventilations inside and wasn’t soundproof and was hard to operate the taps on the sink as well for the showers. The room was clean, but was only reclined every three days rather than every two. As a whole it was a good hotel which was reasonable priced and met up to the standards for most people who would be there.

Less than I expected

There were so many things wrong with this hotel. I did not know that there was not a true "shower," but only a curtain that demarked the "shower" (with a little bit of mold in the grouting). And I really did not know that there would never be hot water. The room was tiny and there was limited space for anything. It was okay for one person, but I don't know how a couple would stay there! I really wanted to dislike this place. I wanted to give it a terrible review. But EVERYONE at this hotel was SO NICE. I received more help than any one human being deserved and they never acted as it I was asking for too much. The staff made an experience that could have been uniformly miserable into something much better.

The reception staff were efficient and friendly and the problem I had with the shower was fixed immediately. The Cabinn City Copenhagen is conveniently located. You get what you pay for: the rooms are very small and basic but they are functional.
