Very well located for a very reasonable price. The only thing I didn't like was the shower, it's a tiny wet room and there's no protection for anything. There's a curtain, if you don't use the curtain everything gets wet including the toilet roll, if you do use the curtain it's such a small space that you'll spend the entire shower fighting with the curtain not to stick on you. Also the shower and faucet is one tap, and it's really hard to get it so water only comes out of one and not both no matter where you position the handle. The shower head is attached to the ceiling so you're expected to stand directly underneath it or it doesn't have much throw, as a woman who doesn't want to wash her hair everyday (especially as there's no hair dryer) this also made it really unpleasant.
Other than the shower room I was happy though. The walls are thin so it can feel noisy, but I took my ear plugs so was able to sleep ok.
