Friendly staff, interesting Tivoli Garden-themed interior design. I was thinking whether I should rate this place 4 or 5 stars, but the boring breakfast choices were my concern. We stayed for three nights, and the breakfast menu was the same every day. We knew this in advance, but for a higher-tier hotel in the ARP Hansen Hotel Group, it is a bit disappointing. Except for the breakfasts, everything else was great.

As always great. Hotel is big, clean. Very great location, near Tivoli gardens, walking distance to the center, where palace and sightseeing places. Room is clean and spacious. SPA is amazing. Food is amazing. Staff at the front office very friendly, welcoming, so great. People at the restaurant are so great, even rememvered ys from last our visit. Definitely recommended and we woll be back
