Worst room ever

We were given the worst room in the hotel even though we reserved a superior room. We were on the 5th floor which doesn’t have elevator. Our room was a rooftop room with slanted roof and 4 foot clearance near the headboards of the bed so that we were constantly smacking our head on the short ceilings. Actually a very dangerous room which would never pass a building code anywhere else in the civilized world.

Such a quietly stylish hotel with a relaxed vibe and a warm friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, with quality bedding and lovely toiletries. Breakfast was outstanding - a wonderful range of beautifully presented food, fresh and tasty. Drinks at cosy hour were also a treat and a little bit of hygge.

This is a great hotel for all travellers. The staff were attentive and helpful! Breakfast was amazing, so much local choice. It is a sustainable hotel so be aware there is no air con. The rooms are large, but the bathrooms are small, however you don’t need to be in it that long!

We loved it all-our room, the location, the great breakfast, the staff. My husbands luggage was lost for our first 4 days, which was very stressful trying to find it. Two of the women staff members were extremely helpful, and I am so annoyed with myself that I have forgotten their names. The last girl we dealt with was the one who ultimately found the bag for us. Breakfast was very expensive=nsove for the food served. It was chaos in the lines - there were none! We did breakfast one morning Ang i ate about 2 dollars worth of food because i was not going to go back to the unruly chaotic agressive rude line of expletives. Very disappointing and a waste of 117 US dollars. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. I was unaware that thr wA NO AC but - it all worked out. My biggest iissue was the expensive issue with limited protein choices and limited access because of the rude stampede.

Excellent central location. Lovely bar and super good staff. Bedroom comfortable tho bathroom a little dated. Quiet courtyard view. It’s an eco hotel so no airconditioning. Norreport very close and gives excellent transport links. The local Torvehallerne market is wonderful with many options for eating.

Charming Hotel

This hotel is very good. 25min walk from Nyhavn, 15 min to palace. Taxi from railway station. Very good room, no air con, was a bit warm for us, Eco Shower was poor, not enough water flow, which dramatically lowered our enjoyment. Breakfast was ok but limited choice. Staff were excellent. Be aware of quite a few stairs at the main entrance, there is a ramp on the other side entrance. Nice Hotel.

One way this hotel experience stood out as memorable - there are several stylish and comfortable spaces, indoor and outdoor, to relax, socialize, or have drink within the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic as well, offering a huge spread of traditional Danish foods, eggs, overnight oats, fresh fruit and vegetable dishes, many kinds of bread, and more.
Enjoying the hotel's special take on a Moscow Mule in one of the several open spaces.

We had a beautiful stay in this property, the bar and lobby areas are lovely. We upgraded to a slightly bigger room and it was great - only issue was the open shower got water absolutely everywhere and the pressure was awful. I also didn’t realise there was no air conditioning but there was a fan in the room which helped. Staff were all so lovely and the happy hour is a brilliant touch.
