Convenient but loud

The hotel is in a convenient location, but I didn't realize it was located directly next to the local train station. The lobby is on the ground floor and then the rooms are on the two floors below ground level. As a result, our room was directly next to the train tracks. Temperatures were in the 80s while we were there, and we had to keep the windows open as there is no AC. The hotel provides ear plugs on the night stands, but they are no match for loud trains coming by every 15 minutes 10 feet from your open window. We wouldn't stay in this hotel again!

Go Hotel Østerport was a lovely hotel. Right across from the train station. We thought it would be loud but it wasn’t. There is no air conditioning but the hotel does offer fans. We walked everywhere in Copenhagen or took the train. Front desk staff was very nice.
