Loved everything about this hotel! Great price, fantastic location and lovely staff! Only thing would be to allow adding breakfast to the booking as currently you can only buy when there. We did not buy it as it was super overpriced (~$60 AUD per person per day). If they changed this option and made it more affordable this hotel would be a 10/10!

Excellent location and standard. The sofa bed wasn’t fit for purpose though. We complained and they said they’d address it but nothing was done. Very uncomfortable for our children to sleep on. They finally came with a thin mattress topper at nearly midnight on the second night which didn’t really make a difference. Not ideal at all so wouldn’t recommend booking a room with a sofa bed. Apart from that, the stay was great.

Lovely clean hotel room, we went for the duplex which should be configured the other way round as the stairs are steep so we would’ve preferred to set the lounge and 3rd sofa bed upstairs where generally the little one adults would but as set out it meant several trips to the bathroom during the night were a little tricky. Hotel is lovely but the bar being part of the restaurant means it’s not easy just to get a drink. Also in the morning there’s no way of just getting a coffee unless you want a full breakfast experience which we did not. It’s a lovely hotel and staff are great just feels like a bit of a work in progress. That said location is great you’re right in the thick of it and literally less than a 20 minute walk from almost anywhere you’d want to visit. Would definitely return but pick a different single level room.
