Checked into our room that had limited power. was told the engineer was going to trip a breaker. Sat for about 20 minutes called the front desk. They told us to unpack that the power would be on shortly sat for another 45 minutes, went down to the front desk and they moved us out into another room. The following day, the room that they had moved us to had been booked by someone else. No maid service until 430 because they thought the room was already clean. Was told that they would do something for us for our inconvenience and they took $45 off our bill. Love Hilton properties, but this one needs some work because this one does not meet the Hilton standards very disappointed.

Late week getaway!

This was a perfect place for the two of us to stay at Breckenridge! The room was clean and comfy and plenty of space. We loved the ski valet and how easy it was to get to the slopes. We live in Denver, and we usually do day trips but this was a great way to bypass the 1-70 craziness. Highly recommend!

I already submitted an email to the hotel specifically, but I would not recommend staying here. Staff was rude and condescending, couldn’t accommodate a room we paid EXTRA money for. Overall experience was not enjoyable. I was told we could be refunded for a night due to the issues, and we were not.

I like that the hotel is directly across the street from beaver run so it took us all of 3 mins to get there. The hotel is not too far from main st. Which has everything shopping, food, you name it. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The perks are obvious. It is absolutely beautiful here. The biggest issue for me was the heat in the room. The property has no air conditioning only heaters. When I first got to my room, it was 78° and they told me to turn off the heater and open the window which I did and the coldest that ever got was 75°. I was sweating the entire night. For such a high price point you would think you would be able to control the temperature to your comfort level. The other big issue was just the layout. I know they can’t do anything about it. It’s probably a very old hotel but we were on the ninth floor and it was a journey to get in and out of the hotel every time Taking one elevator to the seventh floor and then having to walk across the building to get to another elevator to get up to our floor and then across.
