Villa Botego 21 is a newly constructed property with a private infinity pool and terrace, situated in a peaceful area of Sirmione near the picturesque Lake Garda. This modern villa is part of a recently developed complex of terraced houses, offering a stylish and comfortable retreat for guests.

The villa spans two floors, beginning with a bright and spacious open-plan living area. This space features a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, and a dining table. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms.
