This was our third stay at this property, although we were pleased with the staff, location, parking and amenities around the hotel, the things that we were not very happy with, enough that we may not return, are, the condition of the bathrooms, the rooms in general and the breakfast really need to be improved. I had messed up my reservation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia to help in correcting it. The agent told me they contacted the hotel and all was now good. When I got to the hotel, the attendant said Expedia had not contacted them, I had been charged for the incorrect reservation and now had to book again for a second night. They couldn’t help me with the incorrect booking since it had already been paid. The Expedia agent simply lied to me and had not resolved anything with the hotel. In future, I’ll use Expedia to search but when I find what I need, I’ll book it directly. Can’t trust Expedia to help. Lying is simply unacceptable!!!

Reception staff were great. Hotel lobby was very clean and up-dated. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was digusting. Wallpaper peeling away in multiple spots. Possible mold or mildew in bathtub. Bathroom was badly in need of renovation.
