I want partial refund. I paid for King Twin, but only 2 single beds. Fell off bed each night during very stressful moving week. Staff told me a King Twin only has 2 single beds, & apparently Twin has 2 single beds, no difference. Said it’s because I booked thru Expedia. Room right next to lift well, gears grinding, & on top floor, animals & birds on roof. The whole structure seemed unsafe as glass in windows kept making loud cracking sounds, could be lift movement & wind, but very discomforting. Staff unhelpful then said could rectify after 2 days but I had so many things to finalise with move, and luggage all opened, I had to leave each morning quickly to deal with movers, cleaners etc. Different person each night said he had to talk to supervisor. On checkout reception person said he offered to change but I stormed out. I just didn’t have time to argue as had other appointments. I should not have to request change, and actually found photo online of King Twin room from their website when they tried to tell me firstly King Twin just had 2 single beds. I want $50 per night refund x 4 nights please.
