Very disappointing stay

Lighting in the parking lot is non terrible, very dark walking to and from vehicle at night. Room is in need of repairs. Numerous light switches do not work. Air conditioning units do not heat the room. Sofa and chair in room are out dated and very worn. Restroom ceiling and walls have patch work that is cracking and not painted. The light fixture on the restroom ceiling is dark due yo mildew or mold on the inside. Very bad experience!!

This hotel was terrible, a dump that I paid too much for. Bulb in lamp on night table was burnt out and they didn't have a replacement. Recliner was broken and one arm felt like it was going to fall off. Towel rod fell off the wall when I reached for a towel and the bracket fell into the toilet with my pee which meant I had to reach in to get the bracket out so I could flush the toilet (disgusting). Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink so I didn't even attempt a shower. Table between living area and kitchen was wobbly and coming loose from the wall. I was not at all pleased with the room and would never stay there again. Not to mention I could get the room with two queen beds because all of those rooms have been rented out to the Army for border patrol troops.

Its a four story hotel yet "no elevator" is listed on your web site...... there's a sign by cooling/heater that its controlled by thermostat on wall.............NOT SO I adjusted temperature on unit itself
