Very nice rooms

The bed was so uncomfortable neither of us slept for 2 nights. Friday there was load music until after midnight thought we were above a club. Not sure where it was coming from we even looked out window.

My husband and I stayed here last night and everything was pretty good until we went to the bar and he ordered Maker’s Mark whiskey. The waitress was wonderful, but my husband noticed the bartender serving him Wild Turkey. So he asked if they didn’t have the whiskey he wanted, they could’ve told him and the bartender got upset. Dinner was excellent. Then around 12:30, my husband woke me up because he heard something. We saw a rat come up from the A/C unit, onto the counter where the TV was. It went back into the AC unit, or a hole underneath. I called the front desk, and they moved us to another room but it was so inconvenient. They gave us breakfast vouchers, and my husband has been calling to speak with a manager and nobody has returned his call. We’ve stayed there before, but this time the employees were not that concerned about having a rodent in the room!

The staff were so thoughtful. We had a tire blowout nearby and had to wait hours for a tow truck. The staff came and picked my spouse up from the gas station where we were stranded.

There was a dirty sock in my room while the restroom was also dirty. I would think that since we reserved more than a three weeks ago it would be clean and ready but it was not. I have a picture of the dirty sock if needed.
