This is a beautiful hotel that is a delight to discover after a long journey. The staff are friendly and helpful and err on the side of doing more for guests. The location is ideal— a short walk from the Danube and the riverfront entertainment options, as well as a short walk from the cathedral and surrounding restaurants. It was a fabulous base for our exploration of Budapest.

Highly highly recommend! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so friendly , so helpful. Everyone we talked to at the front desk during our stay was fantastic! Customer service 5 stars ! They had a great welcome packet with a city map & , dining recommendations. Complimentary water bottles in our room. We loved the turn down service with the chocolates.
