I loved this place so much that we came back for another visit, and once again, the entire team completely blew us away. It is rare to find a hotel where the hospitality is consistently flawless, but this staff manages to make you feel like an absolute VIP from the moment you step through the door. Very polite and helpful staff, great made-to-order breakfast, clean and spacious rooms with balconies and nice view on 3rd floor. Small boutique and perfectly located in Palermo Soho area. The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. The place was extremely clean and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful with restaurant or drink recommendations.
