Water went out onto the bathroom floor because the door could not be closed properly. Even though I reported and technician fixed it. The water still went out. I need to dry the floor every time after taking a shower. Housekeeping left a dirty cleaning cloth on the nightstand. No extra toilet paper ...

The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel.

The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. Our air condition wasn't working the best, and our shower door would not stay closed. But those were minor details. All in all it was a nice stay.

I didn’t have water pressure in my first room and then my second room I didn’t have any hot water . In my first room , it was clothes from previous guest in there . Toliey was not cleaned properly . Second room the towels had stains on them but the maintenance man with the dreads was helpful
