The hotel is cool, easy to navigate,, and they honored my request to be near the elevator. The room could be cleaner—like the drain around the sink had pink mildew. The ceiling has lots of dust bunnies on it. Otherwise, it’s a good space.

The adjoining room doors were useless. They are heavy doors that are in a limited space. The whole point of adjoining rooms is to potentially make two rooms one. I had a Luke warm shower (at best) in the morning. I will add that it was not a peak time. The beds were very comfortable. However, for the money I spent there was nothing about this property that was worth it to spend again.

No one knows the hotels policy’s

I gave the stay a 7 because, I called the reservation desk the day before check-in to ask how much incidentals were at check-in. I was told that the hotel didn’t have an incidental fee. I asked the agent if she was sure, she said yes. I then asked for the direct phone number to the hotel so that I could ask the front desk staff myself, as that didn’t seem right. When I contacted the front desk staff, I was told that the incidentals were $75. When I arrived the next day to check-in, I was told that the incidental would be $213.00, which was way more than what I pre-paid for the room itself and quite honestly, preposterous in my opinion. I asked if they could just turn incidentals off as this was just a local overnight disconnect from a lot of different things I’ve been dealing with at home. I just needed a quick getaway to just catch up on sleep and relax. I was told that couldn’t be done and the price was the price. It was a price I was not prepared for, as again this wasn’t a vacation out of town. It was literally a last minute overnight stay to just get some quiet. It’s been 3 days already and the hold hasn’t come off of my card. The hotel itself is nice and clean, but it seems no one from the front desk staff to the reservations line, has clear and concise information about their check-in process. I absolutely would not have booked this location, if I knew it was going to be all of this. I would have just stayed home!
