Great Stay with the Exception of 1 Front Desk girl

Overall, our stay was good — the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The breakfast was great, and every staff member we interacted with during our four-day stay was friendly and professional… except for the experience when we first arrived. We got to the hotel about an hour before check-in because we were heading to a football game. The woman behind the front desk told us we’d have to wait the hour, which I understood, but when I asked to use the bathroom to get changed, her attitude was rude and dismissive. She spoke under her breath about me, and when I asked what she said, she got defensive and told me she “wasn’t talking to me.” She also told me they “don’t check bags,” but I could “just leave them there,” which didn’t feel secure or professional. She wasn’t in uniform or wearing a name tag and seemed more like she was hanging out than working. Thankfully, we never saw her again, and everyone else at the hotel was wonderful. Still, that first encounter really set a bad tone for the start of our trip.

Good Location and hearty breakfast included

Very good location, staff was friendly and helpful and a pretty substantial breakfast offering which remained decently stocked even nearing the end of service time. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel itself seems a bit aged , but suited all of our needs for a family gathering and was appropriate for the price we paid.

Hotel canceled our reservations at 6 pm the night of which left us with no downtown options in Buffalo. They were overbooked. They moved 14 guests to a location outside of downtown which moved all of our plans. Hotel office blamed us for not getting there at 3 pm to confirm room. We had our bags in their office at 1 pm. It was the craziest experience. Hotel didn’t seem to be in great condition and would never trust myself to stay there again knowing what they did to multiple guest who all felt stranded and confused how they would let this happened sold out or not.

A good central location to get around town and close to the RallyBus pickup point for Bills games. Very close to metro station to travel (free) down to KeyBank Arena for Sabres games. Complimentary breakfast is fine for what it is. There is a good coffee place (over winter coffee) around the block for those who are after a real coffee. Staff are friendly and rooms very clean with daily service. Rooms are a good size with separate bedroom. If traveling as family with kids, would consider Niagara Falls as a more suitable location vs. Downtown if you are only visiting for Bills game.

Clean, staff are nice and friendly. But the property itself is getting a little old and room had a very noisy rattle aircon that was kind of broken. Made it hard to sleep. The complimentary breakfast is good with enough options to start the day.
