We were on the 4th floor. No elevator for the last few weeks. I should have bought told that. Beds r comfortable. Pool is great. But overall it is a run down interior. Not what I expected for a Hilton Hotel. I picked this because of what I think of the reputation that name carries. I was wrong

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Our room was a little disappointing. The pull out couch hadn't been cleaned. It still had the old sheets on it from the last guest. They apologized and got us new sheets. We slept in the room next to the workout room and got woken up by weights repeatedly slamming onto the floor or back into place, so we didn't sleep well.

Very bad beds. Bathroom sliding door is a bad design in a hotel. Hidden fees, i paid more than i thought. I reaerved the room for $121 and j paid at the front desk $145. For that price rhe beds should be much better. Our box spring was broken. We will not be back.

The breakfast staff was pleasant, greeted guests and were attentive to customer requests. The property itself was dirty and not cared for. Smudges on door glass, both elevators were out of service, stairwells were dirty with paper and filth throughout. Carpets in the rooms need to be cleaned as they were soiled. The hotel also did not have a business center? First time I have encountered this. A poor representation of a Hilton property.

Broken Elevator

As a disabled individual being told after I checked in AND paid, that I have to walk up and down a flight of stairs to get in/ out of my hotel because of a broken elevator is awful.

This is a bad experience! My room had not been cleaned, beds a mess from previous occupants. No shower curtain, used towels in a ball on the bathroom floor. Elevators don’t work in a multi level facility. Just not a good place to stay.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the elevator was out of service. We were fine taking the stairs but not everyone can do that. We didn't see anyone working on it, trying to fix it while we were there. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was good.
