Fantastic property with amazing views (some rooms). Their cafe blew me away - such delicious options. Love that every floor has it's own coffee system/machine. Super convenient. Will be back!

The location is perfect for walking to the lake front and market place. There are some folks hanging out here and there but we didn't encounter any problems. The hotel was really nice.

We came to this hotel 30 y ago for our honeymoon ( it was Radisson that time) The current hotel is outrageously overpriced. Ended up $475 per night Basic price $400 per night. Plus they added $28 each night for "urban charge" - plus $30 each night for an "upgrade" to really see the lake ( the 3rd floor room window was sooo dirty we could not even see through) In the new room the wall under the window was falling apart. No coffee machine in the room. The sink is outside of the bathroom (!)so you have no privacy with that. . The little hallway in front of the sink is dark and no light to see into the closet so you can not see our clothes. A very small , limited buffet breakfast is $32 (!) There is a plus charge $16 for self parking so it ended up $476 each night. ( we of course did not chose the $32 little buffet, sitting at low coffee tables where people did put their feet up on: yuck) Burlington is a nice town and we have been coming back for several years but to other accommodations. This price is unreasonable for what it offered in a town like Burlington . It is not Manhattan. We tried as a nostalgy trip for our 30th Anniversary but not again.

Property was great. Billing process is excessive. The additional $30 a night “urban destination fee” is pretty repulsive. I don’t mind the extra, however just add it into the cost and don’t pretend like I’m getting a “deal”. Be upfront, or give me a benefit for the cost.

It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The mall shopping area was 10 minutes walk which was great. We ate at the restaurant which was ok but both my husband and daughter had a reaction after having the lobster agnolotti for dinner. That was disappointing and service was ok. I would not recommend eating there. You will find better food at a lower cost elsewhere.

The hotel is in a lovely area, easy to walk to the Lake and around downtown. We were very disappointed to find a parking ticket on our car after being told by the front desk staff that they would enter our plate in their system. They did not in fact enter the plate number, thus a parking ticket. We spent extra time waiting in line at guest services to report it and time following up to make sure it was addressed. I did not get a call from the manager as I’d been told I would. Our stay did not end on a favorable note.

Decent hotel and much better the second time around. I stayed there 2 years ago and wasn’t impressed but the hotel has made some renovations and the quality of the room was much better. If you don’t get a room with a view you may be looking at a parking lot and the room has a ton of black going on but all in all it is much better !
