The problems with this hotel are numerous. The facility and rooms are not clean. The complimentary breakfast consists of you re-heating a frozen egg McMuffin. The towels are stained and the facility is in disrepair. Far and away the worst hotel experience in my 62 years

Room was fine, little dust and hair under the bed and in corners but the sheets were clean at least. Staff was fine, breakfast was average. Towels had a couple small stains. Sink faucet was loose. Overall average experience but the price was outrageous for what you get. We paid $200 per night and I spoke with other guests that paid $300 per night. This hotel is worth nowhere near that!

All was pretty good — just on the day we left, there was no bread or bagels for breakfast. Also, it was a bit difficult to store toiletries in the bathroom since it’s quite small and the door opens the other way.

The room was okay, but the floor had not been cleaned and the toilet paper and kleenex had not been replenished... The doors to the outside were supposed to lock after 9pm, but they didn't, so anyone could walk in from off the street into the premises if they wanted to.
