Property is in a great location, walkable, safe as it is gated and you need your bracelet to exit/enter the property. Concierge and bell desk staff were excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice, we had a spacious one bedroom suite. Three couples in our group reserved the same room type and we all had different rooms, some with more amenities. Pool bar lounge area staff were horrible. We were all-inclusive so they only bring you drinks when they feel like it. Lots of staff standing around and no one would bring us drinks. Had to beg. Super frustrating. Inclusive breakfast was just okay. Restaurants outside of resort were good. Lunch food to order at pool was better than breakfast. 2nd time staying here and hung by resort more than last time so we didn't experience the poor service last time. Unsure if would stay here again.

This was our second trip to Cabo and there truly is no bad place to stay!! We stayed on the beach for our first trip and we much preferred staying at the marina. We walked to anything we wanted to experience and the dining options were fantastic. Our favorite was the Oyster Bar but we did have wonderful food no matter where we ate with our all inclusive plan. The Pima colada’s at the resort were phenomenal but our favorite drink was the “Dirty Monkey”!!! The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and very helpful. Leonel took great care of us all week making sure we got to our room safely at night and helping us carry any purchases we had. The pool was way too cold to swim so beware—it is not heated! But it was still nice to lay beside the pool in the gorgeous February weather we had. We saw whales, went to Cabo Wabo and did all the things we wanted which were all within walking distance of this resort. We will definitely be back!!!

Friendly staff but beware of the sales pitch. Right next door to the mall so if you forgot a few things like we did not to worry! There’s even a Walmart on the other side in case you want to get cheaper drinks and snacks

The property had everything we needed. It was easy to get from place to place, most places we went were walkable, or they would help us set up transport. We loved the restaurant passport which gave progressively better discounts for each place we ate that was affiliated with the resort, and the restaurants were really nice with great live music !
