The massage room and the massage service were horrible. The room smelled awful. The music stopped playing because the battery died. The masseuse did not know how to do a hot stones massage. She kept dropping the stones on the floor, she burned my back with the stones. Her massaging technique was not good. It was the first time i couldn't wait for a massage to end. Afterwards, she couldn't find a bath towel for me to take a shower. She rummage through some paper bags looking for a towel, it was so unprofessional. And to to top it off, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I couldn't alert the masseuse because she went outside, and i couldn't go outside naked behind her. For such a beautiful hotel, i was so disappointed in the massage service. It wasn't worth $70. In fact the hotel should pay me $70 hour for the suffering

The staff was amazing. From check-in to the room service to the dinner and breakfast serving staff to the checkout staff everyone was so nice and welcoming. They also kept our luggage for free for a few days, with very open heart.

Our stay at the Le Meridien was great. We were able to walk straight to the hotel through the airport. Food was amazing and we spent the day lounging at the pool. We picked up nice souvenirs from the gift shop and were relaxed for our flight home the next day.

We had a very brief stay at this hotel while in transit. The main reason for choosing this hotel is its location and 24 hour shuttle service. The hotel is across a walkway from terminal 3, about 10 minutes shuttle ride to terminal 2. It has 24 hour room service and breakfast starts at 4:00. So it is very convenient.

Awesome hotel excellent lobby area with look out. Beautiful decor. Spacious room which you do not find in hotels in North America.Great breakfast buffett which starts at 4am till 10am. Buffett had lot of choices. Strongly recommend anybody going to Cairo. Will surely stay again.

Arrived to Cairo on an international flight with a 7 hour layover. Decided to stay here to catch a few Zzz’s and I’m very happy I did. You do have to leave airport security area, but getting back in is not a problem, took less than 5 min from leaving my room to being at the airline check-in counter. The room is clean, spacious, airy. For the price and convenience, I highly recommend it and would stay here again
