Overpriced and Poor Service

Not worth the price. The photos make the place look like luxury. It is not at all. The rooms are very small and dated. We had a horrible parking experience. Our vehicle did not fit in the parkade so we parked outside on the property, which we have done in similar situations in Whistler and Vancouver. The other option was street parking.They charged us $50 for valet parking and the hotel staff said we could park there. They came and knocked on the door when we were putting the kids to bed asking us to move our vehicle even though we had paid $50 and told us it was okay. The next day the manager yelled at us for parking our vehicle there and threatened to have it towed even though we were in the process of moving it. They hounded us the rest of the stay even when we were loading our three kids (one baby) into the vehicle. Not accommodating at all. The food, the pool were good and the beds were comfy which made up for the rest of the stay.
