We booked room only and had a positive experience. It was a nice hotel although slightly warn in some areas for example a lot of the sunbeds where half broken still usable tho. A thing to note about this hotel is that the pool is not heated unfortunately which in may, made it uncomfortable to use. I had a overall positive experience with staff being lovely and it being a good location, would visit again

We had a lovely week at Leonardo Royal. The location and views were lovely, especially from the sea view rooms. The all inclusive buffet was generous and we never had to queue for tables. Santiago, our waiter, was always helpful and truly the best. The service at the pool bar is slow.

For a short girls holiday this hotel had everything we needed. The staff were so lovely, kind and made us feel at home every day (especially Santiago and the restaurant team, Yolanda and the pool bar team and Lorena the massage therapist!). We really appreciated the reception team sorting out a late check out option on our leaving day too at short notice. We all thought the buffet food was great and there was a good range of things to choose from. The hotel's pool and sunbed area is a good size, and the beach is only a few steps away too. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future!

Breakfast each day was nice and fresh maybe a little disorganised but, we managed to work out where things were. However, some improvements can be made on juice machine as none of the juices actually tasted of anything and definitely not juice Everything else was very good!

Hotel it’s self was nice rooms in the suits section where dated and not very clean when we went in. No signs in the hotel to tell you where anything is and staff weren’t very accommodating to tell us anything upon arrival. Drinks in the suits bar where dirty and bar tender couldn’t make half the drinks for the all inclusive the food is also hit and miss
